Before joining Aon, DW held progressive leadership roles in total rewards and executive compensation at several major public companies including ConocoPhillips, MRC Global, and Simply Good Foods. He has a proven track record of enhancing compensation strategies to attract, retain and motivate key talent, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives in dynamic and highly competitive market conditions.

He authors WorldatWork member materials and was president of the Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, a WorldatWork affiliate.
